AutoRent Hertz Tasmania


  • Amendment:
  • All amendments to bookings are subject to availability of vehicle and/or package. No penalty.
  • Cancellation:
  • If cancelled 31+ days prior to pick-up: No Fee
  • If cancelled 30-7 days prior to pick-up: AUD200.
  • If cancelled 6 to 1 day prior to pick-up: 50% of Rental
  • If cancelled on day of pick up or No-Show: 100% of Rental
  • Early Return does not entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental.
  • Valid for collections: 01 April 2008 - 31 March 2009

Apollo Australia


  • Amendment:
  • If an amendment is made to the rental dates within 14 days of collection, no refund will be made if the length of hire is shortened (that is; the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked). A relocation fee may apply if the collection or return location is amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up or if notification occurs during the hire.
  • Cancellation:
  • If cancelled 25 days prior to pick-up: No Fee
  • If cancelled 24 to 7 days prior to pick-up: 20% of Rental, minimum AUD250.
  • If cancelled 6 to 1 day prior to pick-up: 50% of Rental

For example: If the original pick up was 10 Nov 08 and it was amended to a pick up on 20 Oct 08 but then it was cancelled, cancellation fees apply.

  • If cancelled 15-49 days prior to departure: 50% of package
  • If cancelled 14-1 day days prior to departure: 80% of package
